Inauguration of the SAE-12 Conference
The SAE-12 Conference was born from a fierce rivalry between St Bagman University and Wally State, two programs founded in July 2024 by Raayed Saeed and Will Waldorf, respectively. The two teams played an exhibition series to build their programs, but St Bagman dominated Wally State, winning the series 31-3. This early competition ignited the idea for something greater—a structured collegiate football conference.
In August 2024, Raayed Saeed officially founded the SAE-12, with assistance from Will Waldorf and 10 additional visionaries who established programs to compete in the league:
Tyler Hopping, Alec Zielaskowski, Derek Xie, Ryan Krauthamer, Max Wiley, Tej Kothari, Caden Rubischko, Clayton Myers, Nate Lime, and Ethan Goldenberg.
The SAE-12 quickly gained national attention, in part due to an unexpected viral moment. In October 2024, Clayton Myers, head coach of Claymy Tech, was caught partying with students on campus just hours after suffering a crushing loss. The video went viral, garnering hundreds of thousands of views worldwide, and unexpectedly contributed to the SAE-12’s rise in popularity as a must-watch college football conference.
The conference continued to expand its reach later that month with the launch of the SAE-12 Network, featuring Tyler Hopping as its first-ever conference analyst.
November 2024 saw the first major milestone in SAE-12 history—the Inaugural Conference Championship Game. In a rematch of the exhibition series that started it all, 11-1 St Bagman faced off against 10-2 Wally State for the first-ever SAE-12 Title. St Bagman once again dominated their rivals, winning 52-14 to etch their name in SAE-12 history. That same month, St Bagman and Lime Tech became the first SAE-12 teams to qualify for the National College Football Playoff.
The conference continued to grow in December 2024, as the SAE-12 Network began live-streaming conference games online, giving fans worldwide unlimited access to their teams. Additionally, the SAE-12 Sportsbook was launched, allowing fans to bet on conference games, player props, and more—solidifying the SAE-12’s status as a leader in college football entertainment.
From its humble beginnings as a two-team rivalry, the SAE-12 has evolved into a powerhouse conference with a rapidly growing national and international fanbase. The foundation was set in 2024, and the future of the SAE-12 has never looked brighter.
